        • An invoice will be sent for payment before pickup.

      • Stock Availability:

        • Stock availability will be confirmed in the quote sent after the order.

      • Pickup & Dropoff:

        • Pickup location: Belfast, Christchurch.

        • Pickup and dropoff times are arranged via text.

        • Maximum hire duration: 10 days.

      • Delivery Option:

        • Delivery within Christchurch city: $25

        • Delivery to Christchurch outskirts: $35

        • Delivery outside these areas or shipping is quoted individually.

        • Shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk; high risk of damage applies.

      • Pricing:

        • Single Vase: $5 per day

        • Set of 4 Vases: $15 per day

      • Damage / Breakage:

        • Any vase damaged or broken incurs a $20 charge per item, regardless of type.
